Although the apartment does not have a washing machine, you’ll find a laundromat conveniently located right in front of the POLA supermarket. Simply drop off your clothes and they will be returned freshly cleaned—an easy, practical solution that makes your stay feel like a true vacation.

Inventory at check‑in and check‑out:
At departure, a team of 2–3 members will assist in reviewing the property’s overall condition, including furniture, linens, tableware, and appliances. Guests are kindly asked to leave the property in the same condition for the comfort of future visitors. Any missing or damaged items will be charged in cash on the day of departure.

Speakers and loud music are not permitted.
After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.

Condominium Rules:
• You must present a copy of your identification at the hotel reception on the day of your arrival. (We usually request photos of the identification of each adult so we can print a copy at the office.)
• Every day, you must wear a wristband with the name of your apartment to move around the hotel. This wristband will be provided upon arrival and must be worn visibly.
• Visitors are only allowed in the lobby, not in the apartments.
• Eating is not permitted by the pool.
• Trash may not be disposed of in the pool containers; it may be placed in the containers located behind the residence, near the garages. Our team will show you this during check-in.
• Bringing outside beverages to the pool is prohibited; all beverages must be purchased at the Zanzara bar.
• The use of speakers is prohibited both indoors and outdoors. If such an item is found, it will be confiscated and returned to the owner at check-out.
• Bringing and consuming hookah on the property is strictly prohibited. Anyone found using it will be expelled from the hotel, as Law No. 16-19 prohibits its use in public and private spaces.
• If you bring pets, it is prohibited to leave them alone on the premises if they do not behave well without supervision.
Any violation of the above rules will result in a fine of USD 300. This amount will be your responsibility. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
