Condominium Rules

Wear the apartment’s identification bracelet within the residence
Eating or drinking is not allowed in the pool area
Do not dispose of trash in the pool bins (use the containers located behind the residence, near the garages)
Loud music on the terrace is prohibited

Inventory at check‑in and check‑out:
At departure, a team of 2–3 members will assist in reviewing the property’s overall condition, including furniture, linens, tableware, and appliances. Guests are kindly asked to leave the property in the same condition for the comfort of future visitors. Any missing or damaged items will be charged in cash on the day of departure.

After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
