La villa cuenta con siete habitaciones, todas con aire acondicionado y vistas al mar, además de siete baños privados y un baño de cortesía cerca de la cocina.
Disfruta de dos grandes comedores cubiertos, ideales para compartir con familia o amigos, y de una barbacoa con plancha, nevera con dispensador de agua fría y hielo ilimitado, lavavajillas y todo lo necesario para tu comodidad.
Los amplios espacios invitan al descanso y a la desconexión. Varias terrazas con vista al mar te permitirán disfrutar de cada momento a tu propio ritmo.

Comodidades y tranquilidad garantizada
La villa cuenta con una planta de gas automática, que se activa en caso de cortes eléctricos en el pueblo, asegurando una estadía sin interrupciones.
Por motivos de seguridad y mantenimiento, una pequeña familia vive en el bungalow externo. Ellos realizan rondas nocturnas, supervisan el funcionamiento de la planta, y se encargan de la piscina y limpieza diaria de las áreas comunes, garantizando tu tranquilidad y comodidad en todo momento.
IMPORTANTE -
La casa está ubicada en una loma, el camino está asfaltado, pero como la loma es empinada se recomienda venir en vehículos con tracción en todas las ruedas tipo 4*4 o estilo SUV o con tracción en las ruedas delanteras. No podrán subir la colina si vienen en autobus o minibus.

Dominican breakfast based on the number of registered guests. The rental price includes only 7 breakfast services, even for stays longer than 7 nights. Additional breakfasts will incur an extra cost of USD 50 per day, payable separately from the rental price. This measure ensures the quality of service during extended stays.
Garden and pool maintenance
For stays shorter than 8 nights, no cleaning service is provided.

Inventory at check‑in and check‑out:
At departure, a team of 2–3 members will assist in reviewing the property’s overall condition, including furniture, linens, tableware, and appliances. Guests are kindly asked to leave the property in the same condition for the comfort of future visitors. Any missing or damaged items will be charged in cash on the day of departure.
Bringing speakers and playing loud music is not permitted. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
