Please note: For stays shorter than 8 nights, cleaning service is not provided.
Additional Information:
Electricity consumption: Not included. Meter readings are taken at check‑in and check‑out. Rate: 14.95 pesos or ~USD 0.30 per kilowatt. Payment in cash at departure.
Digital safe available: Located on the second floor of the main house. In case of lost code or key, a fee of USD 150 applies.
Inventory at check‑in and check‑out: A team of 2–3 members will assist at departure to review furniture, linens, tableware, and appliances. Guests are kindly asked to leave the property in the same condition for the comfort of future visitors. Any missing or damaged items will be charged in cash on the day of departure.
House rules: Speakers and loud music are not permitted. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
