Included Services (for stays of at least 8 nights):
Entrance and departure cleaning, plus one mid‑stay service with fresh linens

Washing machine available for personal and household laundry (towels, sheets, etc.)
Please note: For stays shorter than 8 nights, cleaning service is not provided.
Additional Information:
Electricity consumption is not included. Usage is charged according to the meter reading at check‑in and check‑out, at the local rate of 15 pesos per kilowatt (~USD 0.30). Payment is due in cash on the day of departure.
Check-in / Check-out inventory A team member will review the overall condition of the property with you, including linens, tableware, and appliances. Any missing or damaged items will be charged at checkout.
Digital safe available Located on the second floor of the main house. In case of code loss, resetting the safe carries a fee of USD 150.
