The villa features three spacious bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning, king-size beds (200 x 200 cm), and private bathrooms, ensuring maximum comfort and privacy.

In the mezzanine, you will find a fourth Queen-size bed (160 x 190 cm) and a cozy reading nook. Please note that access is via steep stairs, not recommended for guests with reduced mobility.
Stay seamlessly connected with high-speed Starlink internet (100 Mbps).
To ensure a peaceful environment, the villa is equipped with a decibel detector active from 10:30 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
The gardener visits every Saturday morning, around 10:00 a.m., to keep the garden in perfect condition.

Additional Information
Electricity consumption: Not included. Meter readings are taken at check-in and check-out, charged at the local rate of 15 pesos/kWh (~0.30 USD). Payment in cash upon departure.
Inventory at check-in and check-out: A team will review the general condition of the property, linens, tableware, and appliances with you. Any missing or damaged items will be charged at departure.
Digital safe available on the second floor of the main house. In case of a lost code, the reset fee is USD 150.
