Additional Information
Electricity not included: Consumption will be measured at check-in and check-out. Only actual usage will be charged at the local rate (14.95 pesos per kW). Payment in cash at check-out.
Digital safe: In case of a lost key or forgotten code, the replacement fee is USD 150.
Inventory at check-in and check-out: A team will carry out a quick inspection of the property. Any damaged or missing items will be charged in cash at check-out.

The use of speakers and loud music is not permitted.
After 10:00 p.m., noise levels must be reduced to respect neighbors’ rest.
