Ground Floor: Open kitchen connected to the living room and shaded terrace, ideal for relaxation. An additional bathroom makes it easy to shower after the beach, preventing sand from spreading throughout the house.
Second Floor: Two air-conditioned bedrooms: the master with a king-size bed (200x200 cm) and the guest room with a queen-size bed (160x190 cm), both sharing a full bathroom.
Third Level: Cozy mezzanine with a single bed (100x190 cm), perfect for a child or an additional guest. The mezzanine benefits from the fresh airflow rising from the Queen bedroom.
