The villa features seven bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning and offering stunning ocean views. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, and there is also a guest powder room conveniently located near the kitchen.
Enjoy two large covered dining areas, perfect for gathering with family and friends, as well as a barbecue area equipped with a griddle, a refrigerator with unlimited chilled water and ice dispenser, a dishwasher, and everything you need for a comfortable stay.
The villa's generous indoor and outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and tranquility. Several oceanfront terraces invite you to unwind and enjoy every moment at your own pace.

Comfort and Peace of Mind
The villa is equipped with an automatic backup generator that starts immediately in the event of a power outage in town, ensuring an uninterrupted stay.
For security and maintenance purposes, a small family lives in the separate bungalow located on the property. They perform nightly security rounds, oversee the operation of the generator, and take care of the swimming pool and the daily cleaning of the common outdoor areas, ensuring your comfort and peace of mind throughout your stay.
IMPORTANT
The villa is located on a hillside. Although the road is fully paved, the incline is quite steep. We therefore recommend arriving in a four-wheel-drive (4x4), SUV, or a front-wheel-drive vehicle. Please note that buses and minibuses are not able to climb the hill and cannot access the property.

Dominican breakfast based on the number of registered guests. The rental price includes only 7 breakfast services, even for stays longer than 7 nights. Additional breakfasts will incur an extra cost of USD 50 per day, payable separately from the rental price. This measure ensures the quality of service during extended stays.
Garden and pool maintenance
For stays shorter than 8 nights, no cleaning service is provided.

Inventory at check‑in and check‑out:
At departure, a team of 2–3 members will assist in reviewing the property’s overall condition, including furniture, linens, tableware, and appliances. Guests are kindly asked to leave the property in the same condition for the comfort of future visitors. Any missing or damaged items will be charged in cash on the day of departure.
Bringing speakers and playing loud music is not permitted. After 10:00 p.m., all noise must be reduced to respect everyone’s rest.
