CANOPEE is located in an elevated position, surrounded by tropical vegetation and offering magnificent views of the sea.
To reach the bungalow, you need to drive up a hill. The access road can become slippery when it rains, so we especially recommend using a four-wheel-drive vehicle. The elevated location is precisely what allows you to enjoy exceptional views over Samaná Bay.
The property has private parking for a maximum of 2 medium-sized vehicles.
Two swimming pools to enjoy
The property features two swimming pools, each offering a different atmosphere.
One of the pools is approximately 1.20 m deep and is suitable for children and guests who prefer a shallower pool.
The second pool, located in front of the main villa, offers a spectacular natural setting and measures approximately 14 m long by 5 m wide, with a depth of 1.50 m. It also features a spacious access platform.
The main villa is not included in the bungalow rental. However, CANOPEE guests have complimentary access to the Pool House, equipped with a barbecue, sink, freezer and storage space.
The bungalow
CANOPEE is arranged over two independent levels, offering privacy and different spaces to enjoy the property.
Lower level
The bedroom is located slightly below pool level and is accessed via stairs.

Welcome breakfast
To give you time to settle in comfortably upon arrival, breakfast is included for the first two nights of your stay.
Someone will contact you directly to coordinate the schedule that is most convenient for you.
Electricity and backup power system
The property has a backup power system for electricity outages that may occur in the area.
During an outage, the property's services and equipment continue to operate normally, with the exception of the two bedroom air conditioners.
Air-conditioning consumption
The electricity required to operate the two air conditioners is not included in the rental price.
Each air conditioner is connected to a meter that records its electricity consumption in kilowatt-hours. If you do not use the air conditioners, there will be no electricity consumption to pay.
The meter reading is taken upon arrival and departure. At the end of your stay, you will only be charged for the consumption corresponding to the two air conditioners, calculated according to the current rate: 14.95 DOP per kW.
This amount must be paid in cash on the day of departure. We recommend having cash available for this payment.
Cleaning and included services
For stays of 8 nights or more, the rental price includes:

For stays of fewer than 8 nights, cleaning service during the stay is not included.
Safe
A digital-code safe is available to guests on the second floor of the main house.
If the code is forgotten or the corresponding key is lost, a charge of USD 150 will apply for changing the lock or access system.
Property Rules and Booking Conditions
To ensure a pleasant stay and respect for the surrounding environment and other residents, compliance with the condominium rules is mandatory.
When making your reservation, you must indicate the number of vehicles you will use during your stay.
A maximum of 2 vehicles is permitted.
Additional vehicles are not permitted.
After 10:00 p.m., vehicle access to the property is not permitted.
Access to the Loma property is closed to vehicles that do not have a remote control to open the gate.
Honking to request that the gate be opened is strictly prohibited.
Noise and parties
The use of speakers is strictly prohibited.
Parties and events are not permitted.
After 10:00 p.m., all disruptive noise must cease.
Shouting, screaming or any other activity that may disturb the peace and quiet of the property is not permitted.
Failure to comply with these rules may result in removal from the property.
Booking conditions
To confirm the reservation, the guest must accept the condominium rules and sign, upon arrival, a document reminding them of the property's main regulations.
The document will be issued in the name of the person who made the reservation, who must present valid identification.
The person who made the reservation must remain at the property throughout the entire stay.
For security and access-control purposes, the keys will not be handed over to anyone else, and third parties will not be permitted to access Bungalow CANOPEE.
